Renting Theatre
The cost is $150 for two hours with each additional hour a $50 cost.
You can bring in own DVD or other media (game systems have not been able to work with new digital system) --- however, you cannot charge a “ticket cost” if the DVD was not made by you nor will pirated copies work in my system.
A popcorn batch is $25. You may bring in your own food and beverages with exception of NO cake or ice cream (this has history of issues and non-negotiable). Also NO BALOONS.
You are responsible for clean-up. Alcohol can be brought in for private parties and is monitored by renter.

There are 250 seats and you are responsible for oversight of patrons (staff will not watch nor discipline children). Any items broken will be replaced at the renter’s expense.

If you want to have a non-film event, you will be responsible for all lighting and sound system equipment. You can have the event posted on our Pre-show advertising at no cost for a month.

Time of rentals cannot conflict with regular scheduled showtimes of the film.
